Applications

Applications can be obtained by attending an Open House, contacting the school office 410-242-3688, or emailing Wendy Alley @ wendy@mail.olvschool.com  to have one mailed to you.

To register, please submit the following:

  1. An application.
  2. A copy of child’s Birth Certificate.
  3. A copy of child’s Baptismal Certificate, if applicable.
  4. A copy of child’s Social Security Card.
  5. A copy of child’s current report card and standardized test scores if the child is entering grades 3-8.
  6. An Application fee of $75. The application fee is per child and is non-refundable.
